When asked recently why Smyths inc was such a great place to work, the teams responses were varied.
Part owner and team leader Cameron, who has settled in Noosa after owning his own successful business in the UK says it’s like no other salon he’s worked in. “Not only do I have an excellent cliental and a great crew of people to work with, the view of the Noosa River is fabulous and I surf before and after work…… It is heaven on a stick!!!!”
Kara, Senior Stylist, loves the diversity of her day. “Noosa is renowned for it’s Wedding Culture. We are always excited to be involved in a Bridal Parties special day……The salon atmosphere is special too, it’s a fun place to work.”
Emma and Natalie our Junior Stylists are very excited about their careers. Natalie, in her second year mentioned that she is so pleased to be working @ Smyths inc because of the impressive reputation the salon has in the Community and within the Hairdressing Industry. Both Emma and she love the view of the River and the everyday life that passes by our doors. “It like having an extended family,” says Emma.
Monique, Senior Stylist and Educator says it is the diversity of Clients that she loves. “On a daily basis I can have a Noosa local sitting next to a traveller from France who is sitting next to a holiday maker from Melbourne. It is easy going and friendly and we love what we do.”
Effervescent Colin says “It’s not always about the hair, it’s the Salon Experience! The salon is more than a Hair Salon, it’s a destination!” “It’s an absolute pleasure to work with such a creative and happy crew of people.....”
Part owner and fellow team leader Liz says “Our aim is exceed our clients expectations. This is absolutely what we endeavour to achieve daily....We have such a diverse cliental, with Noosa being a tourist destination and the salon having such a strong local following we are truly blessed.”
